Making impossible dreams come true

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2002 and have mostly chosen to not deal with it. I suppose I did it because life was complicated and time seemed to be on my side. Now I'm 34 and I feel that inner clock ticking away. But, it's not only the desire to have children before it's too late that's got me thinking that 2010 is the year for things to really change. It's my health...I'm worried about what ten years of gaining weight has done to my body and the fact that I feel so worn out all the time. I need to get my health in check...I feel it's the only way I can have a real chance at making my impossible dreams of having children and feeling heathy come true.
